You might also need to do the following thing:
1. Use REGEDIT (Windows + R)
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Wow6432Node/Maxis/The Sims 4 (If u dont have folder look at pkt 4.)
3. Create a key "String" named "Locale" and value "fr_FR" for french, "de_DE" for deutsch etc.
4. If u dont have a Sims 4 folder, right click on maxis, New/ Key and name it The Sims 4.
Note: If х32, then you need to find Maxis not in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Wow6432Node/, but in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/

The instructions above are for language change. I didn't try it but it should work. Also, I confirm the game works fine!
Does this have blurry characters and does it crash at random times?
does this one also have the crack with a trojan in the .dll?, eather way im downloading, and waiting on seeds.

Ive downloaded this very same release from a russian tracker few hours ago. Knew that someone will upload this to pirate bay sooner or later :) Works good!
